Working on a line means a truck remains idle, sometimes for hours, burning fuel the entire time. The ZeroRPM Idle Mitigation System removes the need to run the engine while stationary, negating fuel use while idling.

The electric power takeoff unit replaces the standard hydraulic pump, allowing the boom to be operated without running the engine. This helps you save money and extends the service life of the truck.

Guided Installation
A team of ZeroRPM installers will instruct your technicians in the proper integration of the Idle Mitigation System. They will provide a demonstration of all parts and their functions as well as comprehensive maintenance instructions. Upon completion of the training process your personnel will be able to perform future IMS installations on their own.
Full-service Installation
A team will travel to your facility and perform the entire installation process. Our installers will show your technicians the location of all components of the Idle Mitigation System and describe their operation. They will provide your personnel with a demonstration of the IMS as well as comprehensive maintenance instructions.
